Good Seed

Our feelings for Sprout Home just keep growing.

Tara Heibel has her green thumb on exactly what design-savvy city dwellers want from their neighborhood home and garden store. At Sprout Home, her airily loftlike Ukrainian Village space, you'll see everything from passionflowers and ornamental trees (with cool geometric containers to put them in) to organic-looking furniture and accessories. Heibel, the consummate urban gardener, is extending her hip concept to style-conscious Brooklyn this spring. We have a feeling it will blossom in no time.
